5. Design Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing their design, product selection, size, colour, quantity, printing/embroidery placement, and other specifications before confirming an order.
Once the customer approves the final design or production specification, changes may not be possible.
Any additional cost resulting from changes requested after approval may be charged to the customer.
6. Product Images & Colour Variations
We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, and designs accurately on our website.
However, actual colours may vary slightly due to:
- Screen and monitor settings.

Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import charges, or other destination-related costs may be payable by the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Production & Delivery
Production timelines will depend on the product, order quantity, customization requirements, approval timelines, and availability of materials.
Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Transportation delays.
- Customs clearance.
- Weather or natural events.
- Government restrictions.
- Carrier or logistics issues.

Customers should confirm all size ratios, colours, quantities, and specifications before production begins.
11. Inspection & Quality
We aim to maintain consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Where applicable, customers may request or agree to specific quality inspection standards before production or shipment.
Any special inspection, testing, certification, packaging, or compliance requirement must be agreed upon before production begins.
12. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
Once production, printing, embroidery, material procurement, or other customized work has started, cancellation may not be possible.
Any cancellation eligibility and applicable charges will depend on the stage of production and the specific order terms.
For customized products, cancellation rights may be limited once production has commenced.
